An independent run brewery and wholesale business producing both Original Real Ales and Naturally Infused Craft Ales based in Sheffield.
Our founder and Master Brewer has come from a brewing background with an award winning pedigree with over 25 years experience in the brewing industry.
As a championship brewer of Great Britain in 2004 at Kelham Island with over 7 years service and as a Consultant at Thornbridge Hall Brewery, his passion for numerous ales moved him on to Bradfield Brewery as consultant then Head Brewer for over 14 years where he’s been accredited over the years by him winning numerous Gold and Silver Awards from created new recipes he has produced.
We all have dreams and we all want to explore, so with the opportunity of Original Infused Brew Company that became established in August 2019 as we want to give all Real Ale and Craft Ale enthusiasts a piece of our industry, our techniques, knowledge and experience with new exquisite ales.
We only use the finest ingredients and source the Hops from here within Britain and around the Globe, and use naturally sourced flavours for our new infused products .
Tasting notes:
Original Blonde Ale Abv: 4.0 % 440ml Cans
Refreshing pale blonde ale with citrus and summer fruit aromas and dry hop finish.
Original American Pale Ale Abv: 5.2% 440ml Cans
American style (APA) light amber pale ale with aromas of floral hops, tangy citrus fruit and biscuity malt to give smooth and long finish.
Fudge Cupcake Bitter 3.8%
A well balance copper ale infused with a subtle chocolate and fudge smooth finish.
Vanilla and Walnut Dark Ale 4.2%
A satisfying rich velvety full flavoured dark ale with a two tone flavour, hint of vanilla, finished with a Walnut surprise. May contain nuts.
Strawberry and Cream Pale Ale 5.0%
A golden IPA, with exotic fruit flavours, packed with a strawberry infused aroma and and smooth cream finish on the palette.
